Answer: Walk-ins are welcome AROUND appointments. If you're looking to come in on a holiday or coming with a group — multiple generations, a few sisters, the whole bridal-party-style mom squad — it's best to book an appointment online.  

If you forgot to make an appointment in advance, do call us for same day appointments and give us a heads-up so we can ensure we have the space, staffing and have everything ready when you arrive! 

Q: Does it matter what I wear to my permanent jewelry appointment? 
Answer: Loose fitting clothing that allows us easy access to the area you wish to have welded is best! We're working on wrists (and sometimes ankles or necks), so the easier the access, the smoother the fitting.

Wear sleeves you can push up easily for bracelets. For anklets. loose fitting pants, shorts, or 3/4 length leggings are best.

Q: Do I need to know what I want before coming in for permanent jewelry - or a custom clasp fit piece?
A: Nope! It's great to come with an idea — but it's also no idea at all. Whether you've been screenshotting bracelet photos for weeks or you have absolutely no clue what Mom would like, our team will help you both find the chains that feel right.

Q: Can I take a photo or video of the experience for us?
A: Yes!  Just bring your camera or phone, and you're welcome to film. The reaction on Mom's face when the bracelet goes on? You'll want that one.
