Getting Your Permanent Bracelet Serviced
- Contact us with a photo of your chain or stop by! We'll take care of you and give your chain a deep ultrasonic or silver refresh cleaning before rewelding it to. From there, you'll be back out the door wearing your Golden Bond Jewelry like nothing happened - and sparkling like day one!
- Book Your Repair Appointment
Additional re-welds and repairs
- Your first is complimentary. Additional repairs are a small in-house fee to get you re-bonded.
"But I live out of town and can't get to the store!"
- Not a problem! Contact us and we’ll help set you up with a repair near you - on our dime.
"Do you repair Permanent Jewelry from other companies?"
Yes! Wether it's solid gold, gold fill or sterling silver.
If you have a piece from somewhere else that snagged, snapped or had to be removed - we've still got you! We repar external company welds and chains for a small fee. If you happen to get a new piece from Golden Bond while visiting, your external repair will be on the house.
Repairs on permanent jewelry from other companies run $20–30, depending on the chain, material, and what the fix involves.

This helps us manage wait times, maintain a smooth studio experience, and ensure every guest gets dedicated time to choose their chain, charm, and fit.
Same-day availability may open depending on the schedule, but booking ahead is strongly recommended.

How long does an appointment take?
Most jewelry styles and appointments take 15-20 minutes per person, depending on chain selection and whether you’re adding charms.
If you are a group of two or more, we recommend choosing our group option appointments

What happens during my appointment?
You’ll try on chains, explore charms, finalize your fit, and then we’ll give you a quick, painless weld — a tiny zap of light that connects your jewelry permanently. Your piece is fully customized and sized to you.
How much does permanent jewelry cost?
Pricing varies by metal and chain style:
- Modern 14K Gold Fill: most budget-friendly
- 925 Sterling Silver: classic and bright
- 14k + 925 Specialty Chains: mixed metal, pearl, disco, and limited Golden Bond Jewelry timecapsule designs
- 14K Solid Gold (Luxe): premium, heirloom pieces
