After one of the craziest months in our brand’s history, I wanted to start highlighting the team who makes your days & bonds bright. July was really just so wild, that our team couldn’t pick just one person for August. We’re starting this team party with TWO bright sparks! ⚡️

Megan, Newest Spark Star ⭐️
She came to us unexpectedly, by way of her sister - Brianna! Megan first solo day was week 1, when we we’re having lighting issues. We were struggling to look open, so I said to her, “Don’t worry it’ll be slow”. Well, it was anything but - and Megan excelled right through the pressure.

Megan walked into a launch month before she even knew where everything was, and just immersed with us. Adaptable, quick, and somehow the one who has everyone laughing on the hardest days.

Talk about a woman holding it a lot together behind the scenes, in an ever changing environment. As we’ve grown, while still immersed in the team, my role (Lexie) grows more complicated. More working on the business, vs in it.

Syd has been such a gift in freeing me up - and is such a joy to everyone she leads. Syd quickly each new hire’s first call, every teammate’s biggest cheerleader, and a core piece of why the on the fly calls and short shifts worked out so smoothly and successfully. She’s a big reason GB felt like it had multiple roots, and a huge inner spirit. Syd kept me going and smiling on some of the most exhausting days, and it’s safe to say the whole team feels the same 🫂 Happy Golden Anniversary (soon enough) + Birthday Month Sydney ✨💖🧁

I say this often, but boot strap building a brand, a team (and scaling generally) is not for the faint of heart. It takes courage, dedication to showing up, creativity and logic, pre planning and adaptability to change, personality and consistency. Each person on this team shows those traits daily & I’m very lucky to work with you all, laugh with you all, teach you all and learn - with and from - everyone here and whose supported us!
