Lexie didn't stumble into permanent jewelry — she brought a decade of precision craft with her. As a successful hair colorist and set specialist with 10+ years behind the chair, she built her reputation on one principle: experience matters.

That same standard is what Golden Bond is built on.

Lexie founded Golden Bond with the belief that permanent jewelry should feel like an experience — intimate, intentional, and professionally executed. Since then, she has welded across events ranging from 10 to 18,000 guests, built and trained a full team of jewelry stylists and welders, and developed a wholesale and education program rooted in real-world performance — not guesswork.

Her training curriculum covers the deeper material knowledge, weld mechanics, client education, and business systems that actually help professionals grow. She's never teaching from a high volume "figure it out yourself" script — she's teaching from thousands of reps, team building, working with real clients both small and corporate, and a business she runs every single day.

When you train with Golden Bond or wholesale through us as a student whose taken our training, you're working with someone who has held a weld gun at a conference of 18,000 people and delivered clean, consistent results — and then came back to the studio the next morning to do it all over again.
